It appears that when Wallace applied for his delayed birth certificate, he was living at 55 Codsell Ave. Haviland, Toronto, Ontario. It is entirely possible that he died in Ontario so I would try and find access for obituary look-ups at a library in Toronto. A long shot is getting his military records from collections canada as his death may be listed in his records or you may find something in his records that would lead to where he died. The attestation papers are available to view on-line but you can order his file which will contain many pages of information.
Hope this helps some.

Thanks for replying
I am interested in finding out the death date of Wallace. I have found most of the information on the site as you have stated.I would like to hear more about Clyde's family and siblings. I found out that Wallace had a daughter that died as a baby, and that got me looking for more on his family.
Thank you
Shirley

Are you looking for information on Clyde Corkum's father or brother. Your request was not clear. If you are looking for information on Clyde's father, Wallace Wellington Corkum, you will find information on his delayed registration of birth and  his marriage on
www.novascotiagenealogy.com
His attestation papers are available on-line at collections canada.
If you can give more information, we may be able to give you more information.
